Wynn/Encore Pools vs. Bare on a Monday

I've repeatedly heard that Bare on a Monday is the place to be, but if I'm staying at Wynn/Encore would it really be worth the trek off property compared to the hotel pools?

Does anyone know the policy for accessing the Wynn/Encore pools? Some use a keycard to open the door, some use a 1 keycard per 2 people policy so if you have 4 keycards 8 people could come in? I'm going to have a group with me and not all of them are probably going to be staying at Wynn/Encore so I'm trying to figure out if that would work.

I usually go to Bare on Mondays when I'm in Vegas but honestly I don't think their is a big difference between Bare and a decent hotel pool on the same day.
I like Bare. Bare's staff is very nice and hospitable. The crowd is also friendly. It's just not that much different of a scene to me if you have the Wynn pools at your disposal.

I don't know what the Wynn/Encore pool scene is like, but Bare is a really good time.
