What Happened to Beach LiFE at SLS?

What ever happened to Beach LiFE? I haven't seen anything about it since SLS first opened, and you can't even find it on the SLS event calendar.

Did they just do away with it enitrely, or was it renamed to Foxtail Pool? It seems Foxtail is getting all the big names.

So from what I can tell there are 2 pools at SLS. One is much smaller and above LiFE Nightclub. The other is larger and attached to the Foxtail Lounge. Beach LiFE was supposed to be taking place at the smaller pool above LiFE, but it seems like they are trying to figure out if they are going to have enough demand to support both pool parties before doing anything with Beach LiFE. Also it's really unclear what hotel guests are supposed to do, are they expected to pay to get into the Foxtail? As of right now there is free entry into Foxtail for players card members till the end of the month, but what happens after that to hotel guests is really unclear. Lots of questions, few answers, and since it seems like no one from the forum bothers going not sure when anything definitive will be found out.

Foxtail just opened last weekendso I don't think any forum members have had a chance to check it out. I could see them flipping things so that the smaller pool is for guests only.

They probably could kill it if they have that party on Thursday during EDC week.

I like their DJ roster for the most part, so I am interested to see how the summer pans out

Looks like the answer is a bit more definitive. Beach LiFE has disappeared from the SLS website and has been replaced by the LUX Pool, which is clearly the same pool with a new name and rebranded from a party pool to a standard hotel pool that they are having open Friday - Sunday.
