How will Drais be on Easter Sunday, 4/5?

I hear Chris Traer is the man to contact over there. What is the best location setup for the pool party?

I was quoted the same mins from a host, that can be found on the website. If I am being quoted the same mins as the website, is the only benefit of going through a host to try secure a better location?

Not sure how the traffic is over there. I use Mike Lichwa over there almost exclusively. Noah should no the lay of the land also. Sunday seems like it would be a slower day maybe, unless there's an act.

Had a couch at Drais. Its like a "U" shaped couch toward the end of the pool.. to the right of the cabana bar. Not much shade though... sun basically smashing my face. Was nice though to lie down.

From what you could tell, Bungalow is solid w/ its own private pool?

We were looking at Mezz, but figured that is too far from the action, and a daybed would be nice - but when you can have your own pool, why not?

Hey All,

Quick question on the guest list option, is that better than buying GA tickets? My wife and I are hitting up Drais on a Saturday in late April to check it out but are not doing a table or daybed. Would you all suggest GA tickets or some kind of guest list add? If guest list is the way to go, is there a handshake of some kind involved? Thanks for any help!

Guest list can vary in what you get. Sometimes it's free, sometimes guys have to pay cover while ladies are free. Chris would tell you what the deal is. If you are getting there late however, tickets are usually guaranteed entry ad the guest list does eventually close.

I haven't booked through the website, but have been working with Chris Traer for years. Personally, I like going through a host as you build up the relationship (beneficial if you plan on coming back). Also, a host will take the time to answer any questions, might get you a better location (with a "handshake") and will make sure you're taken well care of. Chris is one of the best hosts in Vegas too. We always hit him up and he never disappoints..

Regarding guest list vs. wanttickets, ask a host about hosted entry. Typically you slip them some cash, and they walk you right in without paying cover. Often times, this is the same price as tickets (sometimes less), which may have you waiting in line for some period of time.

IMO, a good host is well worth the money, and you'll benefit from working with Traer.

going to be at wet on saturday the 4th and was wondering the same thing, i can imagine its kind of hotter on the strip because of the cement and pavement.
