Hey quick question, for Wet, EBC or rehab are shoes like Toms allowed, or must be sandals for men?

I've worn Vans slip-ons to every pool party I've been to and never gotten so much as a second look.

sandals and boat shoes is the general rule. toms are usually fine. Most places just say no tennis shoes but as long as you look decent they dont stress it. Pool shorts always though. no swimsuit no entry

Do Polo shorts or Cargo shorts work?

I think polo/cargo shorts are usually frowned upon. best to go with swim shorts

Cargo shorts get you pulled out of line and sent packing.

Polo top is ok... swim shorts though.... unless you have table service booked.

Cargo shorts are a no go, even if you have them on over your swim shorts they will make you take them off before you get in.

Last summer at Wet Republic, wore blue tank, grey swim shorts, black Nike Shox. No problem whatsoever.

Agreed. I don't know I've worn Jordans and various other types of sneakers to just about every major pool party with no issues. Always have worn swim trunks though so can't comment on the whole cargo shorts concern.

Flip flops allowed too? And about men tops, are tank tops and sleeveless t-shirts both allowed?

flips flops definitely allowed. same with tanks. not sure about sleeveless t shirts (although they look lame anyway so just get a tank)
