So looking to take the bachelor party to a day club - a first for many. I think I got the crew 10-14 to agree to a max spend around $300 per for a total of $3k-$4k. We are looking at Saturday 4/11. At the moment Guetta is announced at EBC and Calvin Harris at Wet.
I have done Daylight on a Friday in May (Blackout Artist Friday), Wet on a Saturday with Hardwell and EBC on a Sunday with Steve Angello both in August. Wet was one helluva a party but I like the look, feel and layout of EBC better. I actually liked the relative calm of the no splashing at EBC vs Wet and the stripper-pole-shower is a nice touch, a great place to chill and hilarious to watch the bouncers throw off dudes who should know better.
Any insight into spends/deals at the respective locations and where $$ will go farther? I am into the music of both so I can't pick/steer based on that (though I'd give the nod to CH) and I don't think the crew in general will have that strong of an opinion either. Given that both are big names but early April will there be reasonable spends? (As an aside, do the venues really adjust all that much for the DJs or - since they always have big names on Saturday's the prices don't change unless it is a holiday weekend?)
Which is going to be a better deal and party? Thoughts?
