Grand Cabana at MDC on Sunday 8-24

Hi

My group of 4 guys is thinking about getting a grand cabana for Sunday. We got a quote for 2.5K. sounds good.

How crowded does it get at MDC on Sundays? On 8-24, Ashley Wallbridge is spinning (never heard of him).
Does sunday get at least 50-75% as packed compared to saturday?


We normally go to EBC on Sunday. do you think it is better to get a lilypad at EBC with a crazy scene or a grand cabana at MDC?

I've found that MDC usually does more obscure European DJs for Fridays and Sundays. I've only been to MDC on Fridays and that is one of the slower days for pool parties but it was still relatively full most of the time. Sunday at EBC is a blast but hopefully someone has more experience with MDC on Sunday to point you in the right direction. Just my gut feeling would be EBC would be the right call but again DJ Snake and Adrian Lux don't exactly have the name recognition of Guetta or Avicii so I'm not sure how much better EBC would be that particular Sunday.

The crowd will depend more on the DJ and the competition. If you compare to Kaskade Saturdays, MDC Sundays might not even be 50%, but that's probably a good thing. Sundays are always a bit soft at MDC but I think of it as a nice reprieve from the craziness of Kaskade. Also, if there's one thing I've learned this summer, it's that soft MDC >>> soft EBC.

It also depends how much you want to be in the middle of things. The grand cabanas are on a slightly raised level with its own security, so it's a much different experience from the EBC lily pads. It doesn't really change the options - it's easy to get girls to party with you at the grand cabanas if that's what you want, especially with the hot tub - it's just a different process.

If you always do EBC, why not switch it up and do something different with MDC? The grand cabana is a steal at 2.5k IMO. But keep in mind that might indicate how slow it could be.

Sundays are nowhere near as crowded as Saturdays, but it shouldn't be empty either. The grand cabana also gives you a LOT more leverage in terms of pulling girls.
