Tao Beach vs. Liquid this Thursday August 7

Going to a pool party with the GF this Thursday. Got quoted $200 for daybed at TB vs. $500 at Liquid. I understand that Liquid is the current top party on Thursday, but my question is whether TB is still fun or if it has gotten really slow and the atmosphere will be closer to hotel pool than pool party. We don't necessarily care about being at the hottest spot as long as people will still be partying and not simply laying out to get tan.

Another option is MDC since we are staying at Cosmo but I haven't heard anything about its Thursday so leaning away from that.

I don't think MDC has anything on Thursday. I know Liquid is solid on Thursdays as I went last year in march and september. Pretty good crowd and open format music wise. I haven't really heard much about Tao Beach on thursdays. I'll probably be at Liquid on thursday since I'm staying at the Aria.
