Encore pools

I'm coming to vegas aug 20th-sept 7th. I'm going to be staying at MGM, encore, then Cosmo in suites to mix up my trip a bit. I got buddies flying in each of the 3 weekends I'm in town. I've stayed and done MGM and Cosmo as I stay at each of those hotels every year. I have big plans throughout the stay with day clubs and nightclubs with cabanas, tables, and presale tickets. But staying that long I will have a lot of chill time or I might die! Lol

Anyways my questions are this as I've never stayed at encore.

1- how are the chill pools at encore?
2- is encore beach open on their off days for hotel guests to just chill?
3- what's best chill pool? The topless pool ok? Looks good from pics. How many hotel pools do they have?

I will do my fair share of partying but really enjoy the boulevard pool at Cosmo and mgm' spool for just relaxing and I am looking to see if encore has something comparable?

I'm 99% sure EBC is not open when they are closed! LOL. I think they (encore/wynn) have 4 pools not including EBC.

I hung out at at the first pool you get to when walking out the door closest to check in. It was pretty relaxed. The serviced kinda sucked. Took about 30 mins for a server to greet me, and another 30 to get my drink. Luckily I ordered a pitcher so i didn't have to deal the that shit again.

Lol! I meant as is it open but not as a big event. Kind of like how marquee is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays during day but it's quiet and not busy at all...
