Bare on Wednesday 27th August

What does everyone think of Bare for Wednesday 27th August run up to LDW?

Are the Cabana's worth while? From the pictures I've seen it doesn't look like the cabanas are around the pool. Are the cabanas offset some where else? Unless you have a pool view from the cabana I'm personally not sure it's worth the extra minumum spend.

Not open mate.

No pools are worth going to on Tuesday or Wednesday as there's no pool parties. You're best off going to the standard pool where you're staying and getting crowd going.

We're staying in the Encore.

Strange you say it's not open as I've been given pricing for a day bed or a cabana for that day.

I mean its not a pool party. Its just a regular pool.

There arent pool parties in LV on Tuesday/Wednesday. Bare is good Monday cos its the only place that runs a semi-lively pool outside holiday weekends.

OK so as you're at Encore I would head to the European Pool. It is decent there and usually pretty lively. Its adults only so you can get a good party going there if there's enough people. Dont waste your money on Cabanas' at Bare, it will be your group and the small amount of others that go to pools to relax in Vegas during the week.

It will be a busier Wednesday than usual cos of LDW, but nothing like the weekends.

I went LDW 2 years ago and to give you an idea, I stayed at MGM. Wednesday was dead even around the standard pool area, Wet Republic closed. On Thursday they opened up Wet but it was really quiet. Friday we had a big group and Wet wasnt jumping so we stayed around the normal pool, Saturday it was jumping and Sunday EBC was crazy.

Its up to you of course, but as ive mentioned in other threads, Pool Parties are only really on Friday-Sunday. You can go to places Thursday and Monday but dont expect anything mad and generally Tuesday and Wednesday are total off days.

Liquid is the only pool right now that I know w a Wednesday event. Doesn't get packed at all, usually the cabanas and beds on the pool are sold/sat. Other than that, just be prepared for a chill day at Encore.
