Girls! Need advice on pool parties and bringing a purse/bag!

Hey! I will be heading to some pool parties in August this year and i have never been to any before in Vegas. I was just looking for some advice on bringing a small purse or bag with you. I was considering a cross-body bag and just wearing it most of the time, but if i want to get into the pool what is your best advice to not get it stolen or ruined. Also if you didn't take a bag with you, any other suggestions for credit card, ID, room key etc?

don't bring a bag with you unless you have a cabana to store it at or are willing to pay for a locker.

or something similar. its big enough to fit most phones and also ID/credit cards/cash. just keep it on you while inside the water and it won't get wet.

1. most pools are like 5 foot deep
2. there will probably be around 2,500 people around
so most/all pools require you to check bags. Imagine what it would be like if 1000 people each brought a bag.

All you really need is id/credit card.
Some people like to take phones to take pictures but remember your on vacation and most pools do not allow re-entry so hopefully your not expecting a call that can't wait a couple of hours or is going to force you to leave the pool.

1. put id/credit card in your top ?
2. have a friend stake out some real estate and watch everyone's stuff
3. you can get a waterproof Pouch
4. you can check a bag / get a locker

Unless you plan to check your bag, don't bring much...at all. You don't need it. I put my ID and cash in a ziploc inside a little wristlet and who cares if it gets wet. Never had an issue. I never carry a phone. Why? My friends are there with me, if I lose them, well I'll make new ones and hopefully run into my girls later, and if not, I'll see them back at the room, no biggie. As for camera - I have a waterproof one that is pretty solid and it fits into the wristlet.

I've done Rehab a few times, and I literally just tossed my clothes and bag into a bush, and it was all there at the end of the day. Not recommended, but apparently it can be done. )
