EBC Friday 5th Sept Help

Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie to the Vegas pool parties / club stuff, but I wanted to know what the minimum spend would be on a cabana at EBC on Friday 5th Sept. It's for a mixed group of 22 people, so we would probably need 2 cabanas I think.

Can you order single drinks as part of your minimum spend (e.g. a cocktail or a beer) or does it have to be bottle service?

Also, do you pay the minimum spend upfront when you arrive at the venue or do you receive a bill at the end of day? I would prefer to put the minimum spend on one card at the start and then once it runs out, everyone in the group pays for their own drinks individually.

$6,000 - 1st Floor Cabana (Food & Beverage minimum) – up to 12ppl
$4,000 - 2nd Floor Cabana (Food & Beverage minimum) – up to 10ppl

Those are 2 quotes for mid July.

Since those are just minimums, you need to add the tax/gratuity and a handshake/tips (optional but somewhat standard for location) to all base costs.

6k min = Around $8000 after taxes/tips and a $250-300 handshake (tip to host for setting it up and guaranteeing a good location.
4k min = $5500 or so after taxes/tips and handshake

For 22 or so people you will need two cabanas. Now I don't know if they have larger ones (I would think they do) but this is the information I received based on my group. I would think the prices a good base point for people. Around $13-14k for the entire day. Pools for prime locations usually require around $500 a person so that makes sense.

As for the drink part. You can spend your minimum any way you want. 400 beers if you want, all drinks, 100,000 french fries. Etc. Anything is possible as long as you hit that number. Now chances are the ALL-IN prices I gave above are lower than what you will pay due to the fact that it will be difficult to spend EXACTLY $4000 or $6000 dollars. You will probably go $100-300 past those minimums which increases the total.

With a group that large you are going to need a card that can hold that minimum. For you it may be no problem. Whenever I book tables I always pay in cash up front so that my side of the deal is taken care of. After I close my tab out all I need to do is drink.

You will get roughly 18 bottles which equals 400 or so shots. That's 18 or so shots per person. That is a ton lol. I don't think anyone will need to pay individual drinks. If you can finish 18 bottles with your group they should etch your name above that cabana.

Most dayclubs are pretty close to the same rough range:

$500/bottle
$15-20/drink
$10/beer
$8-10/water
$25-30/food

Was there in late March on a Saturday. 2 vodka/red bulls were $46 before tip. Gotta pay to play, had a blast though!

Devil's advocate here.

Taking Kinar's numbers $13,500 for a Friday at EBC with Max Vangeli as the dj are the cabanas really needed?

Sorry math geek here. We're talking roughly $615 per person. I understand real estate and all but for Friday with Max dj'ing?

Now when Avicii was in town on a weekend at EBC here's what was put out on the board:

$2,800 - Daybed (Food & Beverage minimum) – up to 8ppl
$2,100 - Beach Couch (Food & Beverage minimum) – up to 8ppl
$2,100 - Andrea's Patio Table (Food & Beverage minimum) – up to 8ppl

Now if cabanas are not really needed do 3 daybeds and all in before handshake is $11,760 (40% total I used as the multiplier). Beach Couches or Patio tables (3) $8820 all in.

Now this is prob premium pricing due to it being Avicii, you have Deadmau5 and Guetta at EBC Sat and Sunday of that weekend you're there. I'd take either one of those vs. Max if the #'s being presented were the same. I'm just looking at the numbers and thinking where that extra money could go for night time activities or such.

Now if money is no obstacle...more power to you.
