Booked at Drai's havent heard anything

We booked a daybed at Drai's for this comming Friday through their website and that cool interactive map. They said after booking they will be contatcing us but we haven't heard anything yet. Not even a confirmation email, we got the confirmation number and the deposit is charged to my credit card. Has anyone have any expierence with this? If we don't hear anything do we just show up there and hope for the best?

Pick up the phone and call them to confirm.

Would have been a lot easier for you to book directly trough a host rather then the website.
