Newbie question - what I the deal with daybed reservations?

So I realize I will sound stupid with this question but how do daybed reservations work?

My guess is that there is a spending minimum and so long as you guarantee to meet that minimum you get the daybed and corresponding waitress service.

What else do you get? Admission? A locker to put you stuff at (i.e. Shoes shirts so on) or at least a place to leave your stuff?

What do minimums end up being?

Yup exactly that a min spend for day clubs is usually food and beverage except water beds or lily pads where its just beverage. Min spend doesn't include grat and tax.

You get a place to hang or lay no wait in line or little wait and free admission. The only place that has lockers in daybeds is daylight if I recall correctly.

Plus if you are going through a host tip to the host, tip to the busboy and tip to security if there is one. I'm not sure about the 10% LET tax at pools if the big name dj is playing that also may come into play.

Personally better bang for the buck since the day is longer and with the exceptions as bosco pointed out, food also helps break into the min.
