It's a little weird. Definitely only go on hosted event days, because that's the only time there will be enough women who aren't on staff or strippers will be there. It's a good looking spot and the food is great, but the bottles are overpriced (more than Tao Beach/Liquid).

Daybeds are relatively cheap though. Some of the strippers are a little aggressive trying to get people inside for dances, but that's nothing new.

If you're looking for something relatively chill, it's an interesting alternative

Now that's odd that they think themselves on level with the hotels pool parties. Not for me then, I don't pay a premium for bare boobs when you get them for free at your suite.

Good advice! I like the GA idea, only downfall to that is not being able to utilize the "daybed or cabana" in attracting some company. The complany a lot of times prefer the spot to chill and drink up, if you know what im saying. So my thought was to get a decent party where those general standards didnt exist, or not as bad at least. Dont get me wrong I cannot wait to fork out the dough at EBC this summer to fully utilize the cabana, but just cant afford to do so 3-4 times. And YES! Every damn time we go to Vegas I have at least 1-2 friends that go way too hard at the pool and cannot make it out at night. The DJ even said on one of our trips that there was a zombie in the pool because my friend was so hammered looking. Not good

You have a point... But think about it this way... You can still meet plenty of females without bottle service. And when you do and they still want to hang out with you... You know they aren't in it to steal your booze and bounce! Just a thought

I'm flying into Vegas around 1 pm on Sunday, July 13 for work. Sunday is my only chance to check out a day club party. If I wanted to go to EDC, for example, would arriving at 2-3 pm be too late? What would be the best way for a solo male to get into EDC or a similar day club without breaking the bank? And one naive question: wear do people keep their money and phones while enjoying the pool? Thanks so much!

Very fair question about the phone and money, I had similar questions my first time.

I would advise you to buy a daypass in advance and arrive early. They do have lockers for purchase but if you want to save money you can leave the phone, and cash at home. One time I just brought my license and credit card, walked in and immedietly opened a tab, gave my id and card to the bartender and than had nothing on me. It was nice to not have to worry about cash or a phone, but if you feel the need to have them on you get a daypass and a locker

Sorry I missed the 2-3PM thing, yes that is too late to be guaranteed entry, but you are still in better shape than a GA line.

Prices depend on dj, have a look. I believe you have to arrive at noon with daypasses to be guaranteed entry at EBC, can anyone confirm this? Anyway we have a couple buddies in your situation, a host said we should be fine with daypasses at 2-3PM but if the club is at capacity there isn't anything they can do. Usually the headline dj is on from like 3-6pm, so you should be fine in terms or partying.

For the sake of comparing, Redfoo from LMFAO is performing on Easter Sunday and the cost that day is $40 for guys.
