EBC without big name DJ

Headed to Vegas April 17-20 and were planning to get a lower cabana at Encore Beach for Avicii on the Saturday afternoon.

However, given that Avicii is no longer booked for Saturday afternoon that I wondered if Encore Beach would still be good time with "special guest" DJ or if we should consider MDC or Wet Republic.

Other options would be Grand Cabana at MDC (7 lions) or Bungalow at Wet Republic (calvin harris) but they are MUCH more expensive so if EBC still likely to be a good time I think we will stay there (we are staying at Encore also).

Any thoughts ?

EBC will still be a BLAST. Maybe ask if you can get your minimum rolled back accordingly. I thought I heard that Diplo was taking his place, but I can't find verification for that anywhere.

I prefer to go to EBC for lesser knowns. It means you can actually move around and meet some people. With Avicii there, forget it!

Have to agree we were there the weekend before LDW one year and most of the headliners were booked to play Creamfields in the UK the same weekend. After agreeing a minimum for a cabana we managed to get bumped up to one of the bungalows, place was still jumping and the DJ still nailed it. Turned out to be the best day we've ever had in Vegas!

This is what the place looks like for Diplo, which to be fair is 2nd tier. Now Imagine what it's like for a superstar like Avicii.
