EDC week pool parties

I don't know the plan for this year, but Liquid usually books an up and coming DJ for the Sat of EDC. Two years ago it was Cazzette and we had a great time. Place was packed but prices weren't through the roof.

yes, it depends on if you're looking at pool for the Venue or for the DJ. On EDC weekend, everywhere is slammed so don't worry about that aspect. Like Universal said, it's a crazy week and even the smaller pools have bigger DJs. Yep, Cazzette went on Avicci got in the booth with em and a few other EDC big DJs were in the cabanas watching and partying with em. So you almost can't go wrong in terms of having a party at any. I'd go with the venue/real estate aspect vs going for a specific DJ if you're not partial to any.

I really liked Liquid. Right now i booked EBC for Thu night with Major Lazer, Steve Aoki at Wet Republic on Fri. I am thinking of trying out Liquid on Sat based on past experience. Is this something i can book now despite the lineup not being out yet?

You can try. I'm not sure what the hosts will say, but it can't hurt.

So far it's looking like we will have a Light resident DJ Sat/Sun at Liquid, can't say which one for sure yet, but it's two of the bigger ones that aren't at EDC or Light those days.

Any estimate of when the Daylight/Liquid lineups will be announced? You guys are kinda lagging behind everyone else (no offense) and lots of us are waiting patiently so we can finalize plans.

Kazflair how about friday? Will it be a good name to compete with aoki and diplo at wet and EBC? Looks like Friday of MDW you don't have a big name, or have I just never heard of GTA?

Worried Daylight will be empty Friday because of how much they are lagging others, asked a host when they would announce and he said ~30 days out which means another month to go

Daylight names have been announced for EDC..
GTA is playing on the Friday, Alesso on the Saturday. I too hadnt heard of GTA, was hoping for a bigger name DJ on the Friday, since Friday is looking like my biggest pool day, Sat might be a ride-off lol

I have actually heard of GTA, they had some big house songs in the past year such as "Hit It" and "Turn It Up" w dmitri vegas and like mike. That said I think Saturday is the obvious day to go to daylight where you can get tix for Alesso right now for only about $50 as opposed to $120 for Kaskade at MDC or Hardwell at Wet. Avicii at EBC might be the only better option. For Friday I think Im gonna wait and see who Marquee has or maybe even Drais if Prydz or Showtek is playing Fri.

Surprised the 1st tier of male presales for alesso at daylight sold out in 48 hours and I missed out. Oh well paying an extra 10 or 20 bucks will be no biggie. If it is you have no business being in Vegas EDC weekend haha.

MDC has announced Benny Benassi, im not a huge fan though.
