  • First time poster, feeling overwhelmed, any advice?

I'm going to be in vegas as part of a quasi-bachelorette party (i.e., the bachelorette is bringing a few guy friends, myself included). Because it's not strictly women, I'm assuming this is the right forum to ask this question (as opposed to the bachelorette forum).

I'm wondering what cabana prices would be for Saturday 3/29 at various clubs (with Marquee and EBC being our main targets given the DJ lineup). We would have anywhere from 8-12 people. We don't need a prime spot, we just want our "own area" so we're not bumping shoulders with the big crowds. I've never reserved a cabana, so I'm not sure what prices are like and/or how it works. If anyone would be willing to help I'd greatly appreciate it. There are so many options/promoters/vague prices that I figured I would ask here, as I've heard this is the place to go when planning Vegas excursions. Thanks, and I hope all is well.

My first piece of advice is breathe...it is overwhelming but you will be able to navigate through.

Secondly get everyone's $$ amount they are willing to put in for the event. You need to know how much you will be able to spend. In case you are not aware, on the bill you will have also autogratuity of 20%, tax of 8% and possible LET tax of 10% if it is a big name dj.

On the bachelorette section on here one of the girls was quoted these prices for MDC on Sunday 4/27:

Has anyone done the MDC bachelorette party packages they have?
These are the quotes Ive received for Sunday-
    poolside bliss (daybed); $500 min
    taking the leap (cabana): 1500-2000
    grand cabana: 3000

If you take the cabana deal at $1500 the total cost with tax, auto, etc is $2100 all in w/o tipping the busboy, security and host. Also remember this is a food and beverage minimum which is nice. Not sure what the prices are if there is a big name dj but this gives you a starting point

    Link to that quote:

Link to Marquee's bachelorette website. They have different packages so scroll through it.

Wynn does cater to bachelorette parties for the pools and you may want to contact them directly also.

Hope this helps. This is a great board and has assited me numerous times so don't be afraid to ask.

K, so the pricing on Saturdays are going to prime and the bachelorette thing won't matter in terms of pricing and deals on Saturdays. And, I find most of the bachelorette packages that seem to be the same thing any host for the particular venue can do. Also, keep in mind that they are also expecting ALL Girls for these things. Hosts can do the same as those set packages so reach out to a direct host first. Saturdays for most of the main pools (EBC/MDC/TB/LIQ/Day/Wet, etc.. ) you're normally talking 1k+ for Beds/Couches, etc.. For a Cabana 2-3k mins at least. All of these pools have many different type of seating options, not just cabanas (cabanas are the higher end options at all). Work backwards figure out your budget and go from there.
