What to wear @ wet republic

[Scotland]

Heading to wet republic on Sunday, Can someone clarify the difference between board shorts and swim shorts?

Would you get turned away for wearing swim shorts that wern't "board" type?

"board shorts" are just a different type of bathing suit made for water sports (surfBOARD, wakeBOARD)... a regular old "bathing suit" is fine

Bathing suit, swim trunks, board shorts, etc. Swim wear basically. Just no running/basketball/sports shorts (mesh, etc.). No wife beaters or jerseys either if I remember correctly. Check out the photos on their Facebook page to see examples.
