ECB Booking

Have made a booking through Trevor Pickering and have been asked to fill in forms to confirm booking.

On this it says if i cancel within 7 days 50% of the min will be charged.
Have not seen this mentioned anywhere before on here. Can you not just pay cash when you are seated?

Has anyone else had this?

Never heard or had that done at the places I have gone to. Have not gone to EBC.

Why not try one of the hosts suggested here on JC? No money up front until you pay day of. Just a suggestion.

I dont think you pay but they just hold the money on the card. Still strange as have not seen that mentioned on here before....

If its during Labor Day weekend then that may be the reason

I had a pre authorization for TAO on MDW a couple of years ago and can confirm what Noah says. They had the pre-auth but it wasn't charged on my card. Night of I still had to pay and sign off for the charge at the end of the night.

I believe the pre-auth is to protect the club from a no-show on busy weekends where lost tables result in far higher loss of revenue.
