  • Labor Day Weekend Plan

    Hi Guys,

Me and a friend are planning on heading to Vegas for LDW, we're both from England, and its our first time in Vegas, we're both 22.

    Our plan is:

    Friday: Encore Beach
    Saturday: Wet Republic
    Sunday: Rehab
    Monday: Bare

This is pretty fixed, just wanted to get everyones ideas on it, and any tips? Thinking of getting a daybed at Wet Republic. How does the queuing work, i've read crazy queuing times, We're staying at MGM Friday and Sat, HRH on Sunday and Mirage on Monday. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

are your picks based on lineup who the dj is or just location?
    Right now
    Your looking at
    Friday: fedde le grand
    saturday: calvin harris
    sunday: snoop dogg
    monday: ?

In terms of Monday- encore beach and wet will have the bigger name dj.
encore beach has David Guetta and Wet Republic is tba maybe deadmau5
    http://encorebeachclub.wantickets.co...-David-Guetta/

If you your trying to hit multiple venues you might swap encore beach for Monday and hit up Marquee for chuckie, checkout daylight at Mandalay, Kendrick Lamar at the palms or even stay at Wet for Tommy trash and r3hab on friday.

Try to find what you like best and book as soon as you can. For example Rehab on Sunday with Snoop Dogg tickets started at $50 are now up to $80 and will increase as it gets closer.
Just keep in mind there are a lot of choices ldw- find what you like best!

    generally
    1. look at ALL pool/nightclubs see what you like best and compare
    2. keep in mind pools are generally like 11-5pm and nightclubs are 11pm-5am
with headline talent usually on around 3pm at a pool and 1am at a nightclub
    3. totally possible to hit pool/nightclub same day but depending on how long your in the sun, what your drinking, your stamina and how many days back to back it can take a lot out of you.

Because its your first time in vegas should also mention a hotel tip.
Every hotel your staying at charges about $25 per day resort fee in addition to whatever your room rate is. If your just going to hit pool parties and nightclubs back to back your not going to spend much time in the room and also might run into problems with checkin and checkout times. It might be worth looking into finding a cheap no resort fee hotel for all four days so you save some money and don't have to worry about checking in and checking out.

Hi, thanks for all the info.

We've already booked the hotels and are happy with the prices paid including resort fees. We decided on the pool parties once we had seen the line ups, so again happy with those. We chose Bare on Monday as we heard its a bit more relaxed and after 3 days don't think we'll be able to take all that much more! We've bought most of our tickets, just worrying after reading about Rehab that you need to be there at 7am for any chance to even get in, is this true? What are the other pool parties like queuing-wise?

          7am is a little early
If you have presale tickets you should be ok!

Encore beach usually says try to arrive before 12pm
Wet says before 1PM for guaranteed entry.

Just keep in mind- come in dress code which is swim wear also remember the headliner will be on around 3pm. Depending when you get there be prepared to be in the pool/ in the shade/ for a few hours before.
