Yet another pool party advice thread...woohoo!!!!

So plans have changed a bit, and we're thinking about hitting a pool party on Friday, July 18. It's going to be 4 of us. Thinking about getting a daybed/chairs/whatever has the cheapest min.

Quick Breakdown of my preferences. Want to check out some new spots (although I've been to EBC):

Manufactured Superstars @ EBC
Darrigo @ MDC
Tao Beach
Ditch

Just wondering if anyone has input on the crowds, etc. Don't really want to go somewhere that would be comparable to a hotel pool....looking for a good crowd, but I understand it's Friday and there aren't as many options as a Saturday.

Tao Beach will probably give you the most bang for your back. Hit up Chris Traer, he takes care of the Colton members. Just make sure to tip. Went there last year on a Friday and it started off slow, but by 2pm it was packed. Had a blast. Since I went early, I was able to have my choice of location with the exception of the Cabanas. After that Wet Republic is usually good on Friday for the Hot 100. Marquee Day Club was fairly slow on a Friday last summer when I was there (I also stayed at the Cosmo and had a room overlooking the pool).

Thanks! Yeah I'm a big Tao beach fan actually but wasn't sure about Fridays. Worked with Chris before, good dude. I always tip!

what was your min and did you get some sort of deals for TAO beach?

I want to say we only had a minimum of $250. Chris also came by later in the day and hooked us up with a round of shots.

we will be at TAO Beach on thursday 9/12 with a beach couch , tryst at night (2goose/2moet) and ditch the next day just presales b/c we will be wasted . think that's a solid plan
