Help! My EBC "VIP Host" is missing in action

I am going to EBC this coming weekend and made my daybed reservation back in April. Filled out authorization forms and emailed them in, communicated with my VIP host as well. I used him last year with great results, but this time around, he has been impossible to get ahold of. Doesn't respond to texts or emails, and his phone doesn't ring and goes straight to a full voicemail box. I have also emailed the office that received my reservation forms simply to ask for confirmation and they too have not felt the need to respond to me. All in all, very disappointing service from the entire establishment. But if I need to scramble to make another reservation I need to know now and I have no way to find out any information.

There is no proper phone number or any contact information listed other than going through hosts, and since my host is either dead/fired/both I feel kinda lost here. I imagine it would be poor form to contact another host to help me out?

All I am trying to do is simply confirm my reservation. Anyone have an idea on how I should proceed?

Anyone have a good EBC host? Dealing with some of they guys who just don't respond to texts/calls/emails in a fair amount of time has become mind numbing. I am not sure what type of people they are used to dealing with, but I am a professional person and it drives me crazy.

ArashD, did the authorization form require you to leave a credit card?? Hopefully all of your info was received and no one is messing with it. Just contact one of the host on this board and hopefully they can retrieve the form and also lock the rate you were given.

Yes the forms I sent in required credit card. I guess I will contact a host that comes with y'all recommendation.

The office at Wynn just emailed me back saying they never received my paperwork. Funny thing is, in the very email thread that they replied with, it shows my original email and the attachments, and that came from her computer, so clearly they received it. They are trying to put on over on me, I am not happy with Wynn or EBC at all right now. Seem like a bunch of scammers

I think you know EDC weekend is like the biggest weekend of the year- but hope it gets resolved!

Key Olasupo was the host, he was the listed host on the homepage of this forum last year.

This is a nightmare, I would soo pissed right now. IS everything resolved now??. I'll be there on Saturday. I don't know Key Olasupo, but I love my host at EBC.

After about 48 hours of texts, calls, etc everything is resolved now with some lessons learned.

Anthony from EBC was great, he called me, helped wipe out my old reservation and make a new one for me. I also need to give credit to Noah (323 919 6529) with Daylight who also was helpful is asking around to help me, despite knowing I would not be making it to his club on this trip (too many good options and not enough time). I definitely plan on coming back for a trip soon to give Daylight some business because of Noah's help.

So my weekend looks set!
Friday - Dance Floor Table at Hakkasan
Saturday - EBC Daybed
Sunday - Table at Electric Daisy
