Quick background - 3 guys in late 20s staying at Mirage from Fri June 14 - Wed June 19, only one previous Vegas trip about 5 years ago. Poker/gambling is why we are here, have no experience with the LV club or pool scene other than the MGM lazy river.
My buddies are a little less willing to spend on non-gambling activities then I am but I think I can talk them into at least one pool experience. I was thinking Bare on Monday since we are already at the Mirage and I can sell it as spending a few hundred each to hang out in the sun, eat, drink, and check out beautiful women
1) What makes the most sense for 3 guys, a daybed or 3 chairs? Hard to tell from the website but the daybed's dont look huge and I'd like room to be able to lay down and chill without cuddling with my buddies (an attractive lady is another story....)
2) Does this need to be booked in advance or can we get it day of if we get there early-ish (before 11)? Was thinking of going Monday but anything Sunday - Tuesday could work. Should I mention JC when booking?
3) Tipping etiquette, who else/how much besides the server? Host? Bouncer? The club etiquette is spelled out pretty well on the forums but I haven't found as much info regarding pools.
4) Anything we should consider besides Bare? I think we'd like to keep it around 300 per person but can go higher if needed. We are lazy and will be very hungover every morning so there would have to be some incentive to get us out of the Mirage that early in the day, either a place thats just substantially better for our budget or maybe something with a B1G1 type of deal.
