July 19th pool party

HEY!!

2x girls & 1x guy from UK, totally new to Vegas wanting to find the right Friday pool party. Not bothered about there being any major DJ playing just want a good party which is maybe not too crowded and mental but still loads of fun and lively. We will be staying at the Cosmo (if that makes any difference). Where would you recommend? Also can you please advise about best way to book and costs of daybeds etc? Thanks guys x

Will be throwing down at the Palms for Ditch Friday that day with a group of 7-8 guys in a Bachelor Party who will be in Vegas July 18-21. Ditch fits your description of good party but not ridiculous packed (open format vs straight EDM if that matters). Welcome to meet up for a drink at the very least if you guys make it by. Might be getting a cabana but not 100% sure yet.

Other good parties that day are MDC and WET.

Hey thanks - lets arrange nearer the time is we decide on same party. That would be cool. Is Ditch not absolutely rammed on a Friday though??

For sure. Always down to throw down a few drinks with some folks from across the pond! We're likely going to be doing Palms thursday for sure (just checking in around noon so taking it easy that afternoon) and Friday for Ditch... Saturday we're looking at WET Republic or the new Daylight (Mandalay Bay) pools.

I've never been to ditch but have read up on it a LOT. It's well regarded as one of the better Friday parties on the strip for sure. Open format (top 40 / hip hop / some EDM)... a nice mix IMO. As far as how jammed it is... from what I understand it's a great crowd... bunch of folks but not packed in. Here are some pics from around the web to give ya an idea:

But there's a dance floor area in front of the DJ if you're in the mood to mix it up a bit with some folks.

went to ditch friday last august and had a great time. it gets a good crowd on friday but not so packed you cant move. It was also easy to get drinks at the bar so no need for a table if you pregame before unless you got a big group. my group of 6 guys pregamed and we went way over what a table min. would have been.

liquid, tao beach, mdc, ebc, daylight would all be solid options
