Minimum spend. There is not a separate rental fee
EastCoast: "I will preach. Vegas is easy. So easy. Either be rich or good looking (or mooch off someone who is one of those). If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

If you have a daybed/cabana/bungalow reservation at Wet - can you take in a small bag, plastic bag or equivalent to store your personal belongings, sun lotion etc? And just plant it down in whatever space you have reserved?
Is this is any way frowned upon - don't want to have to stash it in a locker either - it'll only be a few items

You can bring in that stuff, regardless of whether you purchase anything. Lotion, keys, etc, but they have a VERY thorough search before you go in. Personally, I just bring my DL, CC, Room Key, Lotion, and Cell, that's it.

I do not believe there are lockers, but I could be mistaken. I have never used them, nor had anything stolen from there before.
Been to Vegas too many times to count, partied in too many pools and clubs to track, but when you live so close, why wouldn't you?
