Has rehab really lost its crown?

Hi,

We are still debating on wether to do rehab on memorial weekend. Last time I was over 2010 I absolutely love the place, best pool party I went to!

Reading this site everyone seems to say its lost its touch, just want to know why?
Also where would be a better place to go, we mainly like open format music but don't mind EDM just not a whole day of hardcore raving!

It has lost it's luster due to a lot of other pool parties opening up and just having better crowds.

If you're interested in open format/hip hop I would do Daylight MDW with J Cole and Eric D Lux

I loved Rehab too back in the day...but I moved on to EBC since.

If Rehab has lost it's crown, it had one hell of a run at the top.

I think Rehab doesn't get a fair shake on these boards.... I was there 3 weeks ago for Justice and it was still packed with lots of talent to go around!... Same thing on my trip last year.

Also as a bonus cabanas can generally be had for a bargain at 1k and up on a Sunday

While rehab might not have the Dj talent, high mins and general pretentiousness that go around this, it is STILL one hell of a party!

yeh I went last year and had a BALL..It helped that Timberland and Kid Capri were the djs..

Where would you go then based on diddy being at rehab MDW, j coke at daylight or EBC?

Yes, Rehab is packed on Sunday. I'm sure there are hot chicks, but the other issue with rehab is that it's old. Compare the cabanas there to EBC, Marquee, Liquid, Tao, etc.. that's the other issue people have with rehab. The one I had recently seemed like a temporary structure/almost tent like. At any pool on the weekend, typically, will be packed and have some hot chicks so of course you can still have a blast there.

Rehab is rehab, i may be a little biased because i work there but if you want a huge EDM dj then follow that DJ to what ever venue he may happen to be at that weekend. If you want to party with people that are there strictly to party and have a good time then go to Rehab.

J Cole at Daylight would be my choice just because it's the newest and new places often bring out the best talent.

For Rehab vs EBC it depends whether you want hip hop or EDM

TBH all 3 are going to be crazy MDW so price may be the best determinant

I was also there for the day Justice spun and thought it was fairly ghetto compared to the old days. surprised i got in without their required minimum 7 bad tattoos. would only go back for a dj I wanted to hear.
