  • Bachelor/Stag night and day advice June 12th-17th

I'm travelling out to Vegas from London in a group of 13 guys for a stag/bachelor party between 12th-17th June and wanted to get some advice and good contacts for arranging our party schedule.

Wednesday 12th: Was planning on hitting Surrender but the June lineups have been announced and nothing is on there. Where's good on a Wednesday?

Thursday 13th: Hakkasan or Tryst. What prices are we looking at for tables? Contacts?

Friday 14th: Marquee Nightclub - price and contacts?

Saturday 15th: ECB in day and XS or Marquee at night?

Sunday 16th: Marquee DC or Wet and XS Nightswim?

    Monday: Die and fly home

We want to do table/bottle service a couple of times but will be dependent on prices available due to varying budgets in the group. For days/nights when we haven't sorted tables what's the best options for entrances for 13 guys (stupid question I know)??

    Presale tickets?
    Grease the doormen?
Pay for "hosted" entry through an independent host?
Queue for 3 hours and hope for the best?

What are the lower tier clubs like? I've never been to Tryst on a Thursday, does that get a good crowd?

Really open for any advice and help you guys can offer! Thanks in advance.

If no-one is announced, then go and see Zedd at Eclipse @ Mandalay Bay. It is a night time pool party like XS Nightswim

Thursday 13th: Hakkasan or Tryst. What prices are we looking at for tables? Contacts?
Hakkasan is wayyyyy more expensive than Tryst - ordinarily you are looking at big bucks for main room at Hakk, but Nervo will be a bit more affordable than if CH or Tiesto was there. At Tryst you can score bottle deals like goose+moet for $300 or 2 goose for $450. For Hakkasan, get in touch with Thomas Gorman on 702.340.6498 and for Tryst (as well as XS) contact Bobby Yeadon on 708.714.0280. Make sure to mention you are from the JC forums.

You can't go wrong with wherever you choose that day or night:
*in the day, you have Morgan Page @ EBC, Bingo Players @ WR and Bassjackers @ Daylight.
*that night has a stellar lineup across the clubs - (my favourite) Eric Prydz @ Surrender, Chuckie @ Marquee, Afrojack @ XS, Bassjackers @ Light, R3hab @ Hakkasan.
Maybe just get in touch with hosts and jump on the best deal you can score.
If you are gonna do XS Nightswim on Sunday night, then don't do it on Saturday night too.

Sunday 16th: Marquee DC or Wet and XS Nightswim?

Well, if you go to Hakkasan on the Thursday, then you will be seeing Nervo again if you go to Wet Republic. They are completely different musically too - Arty @ Marquee will be trance; Nervo will be house.

XS Nightswim looks like a good choice.

Presales. It's almost not even worth bothering with a group of that size in the normal GA line.

Yes, Tryst will pull a good crowd since it is its industry night.

Really open for any advice and help you guys can offer! Thanks in advance.
    See comments in bold above.
EastCoast: "I will preach. Vegas is easy. So easy. Either be rich or good looking (or mooch off someone who is one of those). If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."
