We (party of 20) are going to be in Vegas at the end of June for a bachelor party and someone had mentioned looking into a pool party. So besides the obvious eye candy, what are the other draws? Don't get me wrong, the eye candy should be more than enough, but I would love to hear some experiences, good or bad, so I can get a handle of could happen and what shouldn't.
New to the whole day club thing...

There are very few places that have a similar experience on the scale that Vegas does it. You can go to good nightclubs around the world, but pool parties are not omnipresent.Originally posted by JOz Orko View PostWe (party of 20) are going to be in Vegas at the end of June for a bachelor party and someone had mentioned looking into a pool party. Girls in bikinis at pools vs dresses at night = win
Being able to see people clearly = win
The sun having a dehydrating effect on everyone and putting them in a happy place = win
Much more relaxed vibe = winEastCoast: "I will preach. Vegas is easy. So easy. Either be rich or good looking (or mooch off someone who is one of those). If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."

I think Ocam nailed it.Originally posted by Kellz View PostDayclubs > nightclubs
Can't put my finger on why exactly. Maybe the sun & the water. lol
At first I was skeptical as well about how a "pool party" could trump a Vegas mega-club but I was convinced after my first trip to EBC2016 (past) - none

And it's pointless to do GA with 20 guys unless you have no plans of hanging together.Originally posted by Rswa99a View Post2016 (past) - none

Yeah, I see everyone's point. Don't know if this will fly or not. That sucks. I'm gonna have to do some campaigning.Originally posted by BuckeyeFan View PostVegas: June 27th - July 1st.

I had friends who were skeptical too. You have to show them that it's much more than a "pool party", it's a way of (day)life. Last year I had a trip with 7 other guys. Half hadn't been to Vegas before and only 2 others had done daylife. The 3 of us told them the stories from the previous summer as well as explained all of the benefits of having VIP with a big group. Everyone ended up agreeing and it ended up being the highlight of the trip.Originally posted by JOz Orko View PostYeah, I see everyone's point. Don't know if this will fly or not. That sucks. If your friends are bullshitting just show them videos, pictures, trip reports whatever.
Or just say "Our cabana will be surrounded by drunk hot girls in bikinis looking to party"2016 (past) - none
