Can Bare pool accommodate a group of 15-20 guys? What are typical mins for a Friday/Saturday?

Helping organize a bachelor party and will most likely be staying at The Mirage for its central location, good pool, and nice casino.

We want to hit up the pool scene but think our budget could stretch more at Bare then a place like EBC or Marquee, plus its convenient being at the hotel we are staying.

    Thx!

It could but the Bare crowd is mostly couples and hardly any just females group, at least from when I've been there. If you got 15-20 guys you'll want to be somewhere else where there will be more single females? If you are at staying at Mirage, EBC is not that far away.

What's your all in budget minimum spend, tax, tip, shake)? Other pool parties might be within grasp. Bare wouldn't be a bachelor party scene unless you guys are cool drinking beers and enjoying each other's company.

I'd check out Drai's, Tao, or MDC. Like stated above, Bare won't be what your looking for. (These aren't the pools you're looking for *stormtrooper voice* lol)
        2011: Palazzo | Tao | Moon

        2014: Venetian | Tao | Hak | EBC | XS

        2015: Cromwell | Drai's | Palazzo | Tryst | XS | Omnia | Nightswim

Liquid at Aria is also a very solid option.

            Probably in the $4k range...

With your budget being that tight, I think your best option would be to look at Tao. Honestly, 4k for that amount is nothing. You'd need to up that to at least 6-8k (depending on the exact amount of people) for even drai's.

If you could get everyone to commit to 300/person, you might be able to swing Drai's or Andrea's patio at EBC (you'd have to work it by getting some presale).

I'd recommend using budget money from other things to spend more on a single event. Go presale if you have to for other things. It's better to spend you money on 1 or maybe 2 parties vs trying to spread it out more evenly.

              Just my .02

I think your best shot might be to get a day bed or two at a place like Tao or even marquee which came be reserved for $1000 (or at most other decent pool parties) and have everyone else get in through presale.

That is the issue, we are putting all of our funds towards the nightclub and whatever is left towards the pool.

Another idea kicked around is to scratch the pool party and just rent a couple cabanas next to one another at the regular hotel pool. Drinks will still be flowing with music and girls, and this would save us A LOT more, and we could put more towards the nightclub.

I think cabanas at the regular pool go for around ~$500 each.

I'm not sure if anyone in your group has been to a Vegas pool party before, if not, it is a site to see! I think the hotel pools are definitely more laid back. You might meet some girls there looking to party, but with 15 guys, the high energy legendary pool party experience will be at the other pills. With 15 guys, you could do two two day beds and slide a host a small shake to get the other three in and maybe something else thrown in. I'd at least reach out to a few host closer to the dates to see what can be done before locking down a hotel pool. You still have some time to weigh your options. The host suggested on the forum are great and work with folks with all sorts of budgets.

If the minimum spend is $500 to get a cabana it is another option. If the group is good with it than I would just lock that in and use the leftover money to add to the nightclub.

My argument will always be that $$$ spent at the pools go further because it is a food and beverage minimum vs beverage only minimum at the clubs. There are some locations at certain pools where food is not allowed but for the most part it is still a great deal.

You have nothing to lose though to ask around about the bigger pool parties. It would be worth it.
