Advice for a couple coming 8/20

My lady and I are coming in on Sunday 8/20 and staying till Tuesday. We're both industry people so weekends were out of the question for us. We're considering bare sun-mon, and xs nightswim on Monday night. Any advice on chair/tables that are good for two or any updates to our plans?

I would save Bare for Monday and do EBC, MDC, WET or Dairs for the pool on Sunday. Do XS Nightswim Sunday night and either Jewel or Marquee Monday night.
