EBC arrival time for booked table?

I booked a table though a host @ EBC for Sat 4/30 - Avicci. The fine print that was sent when we booked said arrive @ 10 am. Thats pretty damn early for Vegas. Being a Sat and Avicii, I would expect it to be packed, but what are your guys experience with booked tables and arrival time? I will ask my host as well what time he suggests for us to get there, but just wondering what you guys have seen in the past.

I usually go by the earlier the better. I wouldn't show up any later than 11 though. Since Avicii is retiring from gigs after he finishes his Wynn contract it could get a little crazy. Just keep in touch with your host and you should be fine.

Based off experience for EBC bookings, I'd say 10:30. The wait even with a table can be long.

Had a beach couch last year for Zedd, got there at 11h30, waited for an hour and almost lost the couch .. I got the last one ! So For Avicci, I'd agree 10h30 is not too early at all.

I was considering going to EBC on Apr 30th as well.. Electronic.Vegas is showing the headliner as "Zedd, Avicii".. anyone know what's up with that?

It's just Avicii as the headliner. Originally Zedd was scheduled to play at XS on 4/29 and EBC on 4/30, but then they switched him to this weekend instead.

You have to remember this is Avicii's last year of live shows so you will definitely need to get there early. For Zedd last year it took just over an hour to get our couch and we all met up at 10 AM to get on the line at 10:30. We started outside the doors in the casino at that time.

I'm new to the dayclub thing, I'm surprised you have to start at 10am... Dunno if I can handle a 9am wakeup after being up to 5am the night before. I figured noon would be an acceptable arrival time.. Thx for the info about Avicii/Zedd

Well that's if you want to go to the biggest pool parties in town scheduled with the biggest DJs. If you go someplace less popular you can absolutely show up later. Also people like to show up early if they have daybed, cabana, or table because you can get better locations on a first come, first serve basis and typically you get to keep the table all day or night, so showing up late just means time you don't get to spend in a place you've already paid for. If you show up late enough and don't contact a host they'll even sell the spot you reserved so if you are thinking you'll have trouble making it that early you should definitely be ready to talk to your host to let them know how late you'll be.

If you are going without a table, most people recommend showing up by noon with presale tickets so you arrive before they hit capacity. I've shown up to EBC as late as 1:30pm on guest lists, not even presale tickets, and haven't had problems previously, but they are scheduling higher end DJs this year. With the general lack of competition and especially with Avicii DJing, I'd definitely be showing up earlier even with presale tickets since one they hit capacity it becomes a "one person out, one person in" situation and that can take forever. That's the price of the best time in town sadly.
