  • Marquee Day Club Tables

    Hi guys

Just looking for an insight into where people think the best tables are at MDC. The booking will be for 11 guys on a Saturday in May if that sways opinion.

    Thanks in advance

506 and 509 are my favorite daybeds because they are in the pool and close to the bar/dj. Any of the grand cabanas (11-19) are great. I personally prefer 18 and 19. Of course, it really depends on what you want. If you want to farther away, go with the ones closer to the back bar.

      Thanks Rhythmz.

Going to Marquee will be a first for our group this year. We had a cabana at EBC last year and personally I thought they were a little to far away from the action. Do you get this feeling from the grand cabanas or are they a good location given Marquee is a smaller venue?

MDC doesn't have any bad cabanas IMO. EDC has ones on the second level, which MDC doesn't (really) have - they are elevated but only by like 6 feet.

I'm not a fan of the cabanas toward the bathrooms, or the ones on the other end by the gaming area. The Bungalows with the hot tubs in front are the way to go if you can. Other good spots are the couches on the main pool or the couch first one facing the DJ.

If it's a full house, all the grand cabanas will feel close to the action. The way the grand cabanas are set up at MDC, you don't exactly get a lot of foot traffic. I normally do a grand cabana if I have a large group of 10+ and you don't mine walking around to meet people. If you're looking to be right in the middle of the action, I would recommend a daybed closer to the DJ or one of the bars (maybe double up on daybeds for a larger group). If you want a cabana closer to the pool, my favorites are 8-10. With ten you get all the bathroom traffic (lol).

Note that tables 1-10 are cabanas and 11-18 are grand cabanas. The grand cabanas have a little more space, are elevated, and have an infinity pools, while the regular cabanas are on the same level as the daybeds. Be sure to clarify what you want when making your reservation.

                Thanks again guys.

After grand cabanas and cabanas are the rest all classed as day beds? Or are there large/small day beds, couches etc?
