Always EBC on Sundays! I dont care who's on at Wet, or wherever... EBC all the way home.
Really? Weekend I'm going it's Angello on Saturday/Avicii on Sunday @ EBC and Hardwell on Saturday/Deadmau5 on Sunday @ Wet. We plan on doing EBC on Saturday and Wet on Sunday because some of us want to see Deadmau5. Can't imagine this being the wrong way to go.
A lot of people on here have been disappointed when they have been to see deadmau5. . .
EastCoast: "I will preach. Vegas is easy. So easy. Either be rich or good looking (or mooch off someone who is one of those). If you are neither, then sit back, let the rich and/or good looking people sort their shit out, and then take their scraps. Booking early is not going to get you ahead of the rich and/or good looking people. Sucks unless you are rich or good looking. But that's what makes Vegas so great. It is completely transparent."
I'm not a huge fan of deadmau5 in general, but definitely not that impressed with what what I've seen of his live sets. Though he will draw a huge crowd. I've seen avicii multiple times, and because of that personally we try to see other people if we have the chance, that said his style and sets definitely work well for pool parties. Seeing him at ebc was one of the best times I've had in vegas! I'd personally do hardwell (one of, if not, my favorite djs) at WR and avicii at ebc.
You can't go wrong either way though. If the music/dj part is important to you, watch their sets from the last two weeks at ultra and see how you feel about each.

To be fair buddy youll have a great time no doubt wherever you go.
Im more into house anyway - what we're seeing in Vegas right now is not house. Avicii and David Guetta, Deadmau5 etc is crowd pleasing production music, im not knocking it, it does what it says on the tin, but for that reason I dont follow DJ's in Vegas like I do in Ibiza for example.
To me you pretty much hear the same tunes on rotation from all the DJ's in Vegas unless you happen to chance across Eric Morillo or Roger Sanchez who are serious DJ's, not over-rated producers like Deadmau5.
Ive seen Deadmau5 a number of times in vegas and every time he's been not just a disappointment but he took the piss. He's got an attitude that I find ridiculous. He's so up his own arse its painful to watch. He will draw an army of fans but if I were you I certainly wouldnt plan anything around him. If he happens to be at a place you decide to go to then great...
Encore Beach club will probably dominate that Sunday with Avicii. If I'm off (which I usually am, I'm going there). On Sundays/ non holidays, there's just not enough traffic for all of the big pools so usually the one with the best talent/dj will draw the crowd... Simple. And, there's no way I would say Wet has the best crowd consistently, if you're talking about guy/girl ratio and good looking girls, just not true..

Ive picked Wet over EBC plenty of times. Ive just always had a good time there. Security check is the worst though. Id definitely like to see some more current reviews from TOURIST this pre-season. For me chossing Wet is not a knock on EBC. I liked EBC, and definetly wouldnt disscourage someone from going there. Ive also chossen Tryst over Marquee and XS too. Tryst is still a great club, especially if youve never been. I see it the same way.
That being said, anyone whos thinks we have host on here that are impartial, needs their head examined.
