  • Wet Republic Sun 7th April

    Hey

Looking for some information here. My wife and I are heading to Vegas for the first time (from Scotland) on sat 6th April and have just noticed Calvin Harris will be playing at Wet Republic on the Sunday.......happy is an understatement!!

So we have never done a pool party before so we kinda want to do it in style. What's the deal....ie.....what should I book?? Quite fancy having our own daybed to ourselves. How much would this cost?? Neither of us are big drinkers.....we do like a drink but spending $1000 doesn't really appeal to me. What should we do?? And do I just book on the Wet Republic website??

All info would be much appreciated.

    Ben

Agreed, if spending $1000 for drinks doesn't appeal to you and it's just the two of you I would go pre-sale tickets. And make sure to arrive early, Calvin seems to draw huge crowds these days and it's his first Wet Republic show.

How early is early for CH at Wet that Sunday?
Plus I will be staying at Cosmo and going to the opening for EC brothers at MDC...being that I stay at the hotel and would use that line, do I have to go real early?
        Thanks

You don't have to go really early, but the 6th is the opening if MDC, so I wouldn't wait much past 11:30-12 to avoid a line.

Thanks for all the replys folks. The only thing is if we go for GA tickets are we gonna get seats etc etc
As I said in my original post we have never done the pool party thing before so don't really know the etiquette. How much would we have to pay to get a daybed?? Would probably be willing to spend between $500-$700.......

              Hey Benmac81,
Check out this thread for pricing details. I've picked out Sunday pricing for you. I'm assuming Calvin Harris is "Event" pricing.

              http://forums.jackcolton.com/showthr...light=Republic

              Sunday (Non Event)
              Bungalow (15) 5,000
              Delux Cabana (15) 2,500
              Party Cabana (15) 2,000
              Dance Deck (10) 1,500
              Dance Floor (10) 1,500
              Stage (10) 1,500
              Lounge (10) 1,500
              Day Bed (6) 1,000

              Sunday (Event)
              Bungalow (15) 7,500
              Delux Cabana (15) 4,000
              Party Cabana (15) 3,500
              Dance Deck (10) 3,000
              Dance Floor (10) 2,500
              Stage (10) 3,000
              Lounge (10) 3,000
              Day Bed (6) 1,500

If you don't reserve a daybed/cabana/etc you aren't going to be get a chair to sit down at a pool party. If you are interested in reserving something definitely work with Thomas Gorman who started that thread. He's a well respected host on the forums and I've had great experience with him before (not at Wet but other nightclub venues).

And since you said you aren't really interested in spending that much - I recommend General Admission like others have said or possibly check out the GET CONNECTED forum on this site and see if anyone is interested in splitting a daybed with you. Holds 6 so if you split that cost 6 ways maybe that's more in the budget you're looking for?

By the sounds of things I'd say he's just looking at GA for him and his plus one.

Unfortunately there's no middle ground between GA and reserving a daybed/cabana etc.

Again, can thank everybody enough for all your help. By the looks of it it will probably be best for us to buy GA tickets. What's the deal with personal belongings if I just buy GA tickets.....do I have to carry them about all day then or are there lockers etc?? Sorry for all the questions....pool party virgin......Roughly what time will CH be playing at?? And what time will the party finish at.....
