May 17th trip - advice needed please!

Hi there we are visiting again in May and have never gone to a pool party.

I am sorry to sound naive on this but do you have to book up in advance or can you just pay on the day as such?

There is a large group of us going (17) and it is a little tricky to get everyone to agree on what they want to do but we were looking at going to either wet republic or bare. Would we need bottle service or can you just grab a few drinks throughout the day ?

The good news is....that's the Invasion weekend....not so good news, guy only bands are on hold.
You can just get in line and pay the day of if you want, or you can decide where you want to go ahead of
time and buy presale tickets from the club/pool website. If a big DJ is playing buy presales.

With a group that large I would recommend getting a bed or cabana. A cabana will probably be $1500-3000 depending on
if you go Friday or Saturday (Sat is more). So if you go on Friday you'd be looking at about $2200 total ($129/person).
Cover charge without a cabana will be $30/guy. If you're going to be there all day $100/guy for food and drink is pretty good IMO.
PLUS you get a cabana to call home for the day.

That sounds perfect and I cant see anyone moaning about $150. Where would you say would be best on a Friday?

All the pools will be pretty solid on Friday. Between the WR and Bare, I'd go with WR personally.
