Bachelor party in June/July

Hi everyone. I'm trying to plan a bachelor party sometime in June or July for about 8 guys including myself Friday through Sunday. I've been to Vegas quite a few times, but never with this many people and never doing it this big so I thought this would be a good place to start. I've read a bunch of threads so far and the advice has been awesome.

We definitely want to get a cabana or daybed at a pool party so I figured I'd post here. I was hoping to be in the $2,000 to $2,500 range for a Saturday, but it's flexible. Is that doable? What are my best options?

I know we want to avoid the big DJs in order to avoid crazy high minimum spends. We are sort of basing the dates of our trip around the pool party. Am I able to guarantee the cabana/daybed so I can lock in my dates?

THere have been a TON of threads detailing just this topic... even for the same times.

Cabana probably won't get you for 2000-2500. 8 dudes on a daybed is a bit much.

Keep in mind the minimums do NOT include tax/tips/etc. Add 30% (at least) on top of your quoted minimum for tax/tips.

Realistically you're looking at a minimum spend of $3500 (+30% so more like 4500 all-in) for a cabana on any decent party on Saturday. Realistically you're looking at budgeting more like 570 bucks or so a guy for a cabana. There are tables that can be had for less if you want to go that route... for example stage or lounge tables at wet republic are 2000 min (2600 all-in) and you could squeeze 8 guys in there.

I suggest you do some reading on this forum... you can pick up a LOT of answers just by browsing the half dozen other threads on this topic.

Thanks. I saw some of the other threads. Some that I saw in the June/July timeframe were similar, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything, especially when it comes to the pool parties. I appreciate the input. I think Wet Republic is probably our best bet. We should be able to swing around $4,500 all in.

Do you know if you can lock in a minimum spend for a reservation or is it always subject to change up to the day you arrive?

Mininums are usually solid, but a good host isn't going to guarantee you a min now for those dates. The only way to lock a min, especially this far out is to pre-pay. If you can swing $4500 all in, you pretty much have all of the pool parties available to you.

If you come on a non/holiday, or no event/Big DJ day, we can sometimes do $2500 cabana 1-3. They come with 1 day bed and a lunch table right out front of cabana. These are a lil cheaper because the other side cabanas have 2 beds that come with. Also, have these new party pits, couch type L-shaped lounge area thing. You can do 2 of those or two day beds in your budget.
