  • MGM Grand Pool Complex Cabanas or...............................

Spending a day here in the fetal on Sunday April 7th after going to wet and pure saturday. Any cabana # suggestions. Does one want to commit to the adult section, lazy river or the producers pool. 21,22, and 23 look like they would have the best traffic going through. Or does one take his $600 and hit up another pool party on Sunday???

      Go somewhere else.

In fact just go to Encore Beach on a Sunday, theres no better place to be. I dont see the point in Cabana's at Wet Republic youre too out of the action its much better on general admin.

Huh.. This is the first I've heard of this. In pics it doesn't look like its too bad. Are the cabanas really that far out of the way? I was leaning toward a cabana for a group on sat in July.

I was actually referring to the pool at the MGM grand pool complex, not wet republic. The wet cabanas dont seem too far away from the action, but the MGM pool ones may be a little out of the way, except for a few along the lazy river.

If you choose the MGM pool complex, you want to be on the lazy river in one of cabanas 5, 6, 7 and 8. The traffic at the MGM pool complex is in the lazy river. You want to be in a cabana that is close to the lazy river. I have stayed in 5 and 7.

But even without knowing you at all I can guaranty that you will not want a chill pool day. Go to EBC.

Looks like cabanas 1 and 2 would have good foot traffic going by???

Cabanas 1 and 2 are set back further from the lazy river than cabanas 5-8 (I know the pool map does not show that but they are). You will get little foot traffic right in front of those cabanas. There are several rows of chairs between those cabanas and the lazy river. In my opinion you want cabanas as close to the lazy river as possible. I think 9-14 are good options. I don't know why we never looked at those.
