So heading to LAVO brunch for the first time next weekend, and haven't seen a whole lot of info on hear about it, except that it sounds like a great party?

Any tips, or things I should know about it from people who have been?

I've only been to the NYC version, and it was the highlight of our Labor Day weekend trip. Food was good and the vibe just built throughout the afternoon until it was a full on club atmosphere in the middle of the day.

I would suggest taking the same approach as you would if you were going to a club.

What's the dress code for these parties? Are most people dressed the way people dress for nightclubs?

Would be curious to hear people's opinions as well. There are a few videos of LAVO brunch on Youtube you can check out. The party looks pretty good.

You can wear whatever you want. I went last year. Had on a hat and swimsuit after leaving the pool. The girlfriend danced around in a bikini.

Well, I went last weekend with a group of 15 crazy people and we had a blast!! I mean, NYE eve kind of blast. My friend who is a former gogo dancer got on the table, started dancing, and dropped right into the splits.. yeah and she wasn't the only crazy girl there dancing on the table. It's a party for sure and super, super relaxed, casual dress. More like party rock LMFAO style attire, neon, etc... girls have on just crazy fits, but there are some that are dressed up, some in tight jeans, etc... I think you should definitely go, It' starts chill brunch style with most eating from 2-3ish, then after that it's gets crazy.... If you need a contact or good host there PM. I'm Industry and had girls so I got "the hookup", but it would definitely be worth getting a table/bottle/brunch. It might be more fun than going to a night club on some days...

Thanks Kaz. I got a table set up there so I'm excited for it maybe more than the clubs.

So is this Lavo Brunch actually eating like.. brunch then turns into a club? What is the price to get in? We will be in Vegas 3.20-3.26 and seems like something to do during the day. What day would you recommend? We are 3 ladies, age 25!
                Thanks for any advice!

its a dayclub that serves food as well. if you're doing sitdown food you arrive earlier then the raging party starts. to skip food and just rage do GBDC, for food or a classy pricier dayclub do LAVO.

Plan on getting there a bit early and eating a little before the madness begins. Champagne campain!

Yes, the first hour, 2pm ish, I believe is more sit down eat. I've only gotten there after 3:30 and it's always a party at that point.

Is said brunch, year-round? Or seasonal?

Seasonal. Lavo brunch and gbdc are basically on when pool party season isn't. So they start up October, wind down late march.

                            Boags,

Thanks, that's what I thought.. Was hoping maybe they were doing so good that one of the two parties extended it to a year round thing.

Nope. Pool parties > the day clubs
