Chill pool-like places to hang out during the winter?

Ok, this isn't exactly "Pool Party" or "Day club" material, but sort of pool related. Move the post if you need to.

I'm looking for a calm hangout spot sort of like the hotel pools (not the pool clubs) but during the off season. Not a party, just a relaxing place ideally with drink and food service. If I think I'll like it enough, I might actually stay in that hotel just to be close. Maybe an indoor pool/garden/lounge area? It doesn't have to be pool-wear appropriate. Maybe the spa areas of certain hotels have something like an all day chill room?

Wellthe Day Clubs that have nothing to do with pools are opening this weekend. Lavo Brunch at Palazzo opens the 13th, Saturday and Ghostbar Dayclub at the Palms opens the 20th, Saturday. They're weekly daytime parties with food, drinks, DJs etc.

I didn't know about off season day clubs, thanks! But, I was asking more for quiet down time places rather than a day club.

The big spas like at Aria and Madalay, etc are perfect. They have living rooms with comfy seating to watch tv. They have hot tubs to soak in, and many serve food as well. Otherwise a Sportsbook isnt a bad option either. I'd do the spa though for a chill spot. If you havent been to one of the big spas in Vegas it will blow you away. Arias even has some coed spaces so you can mingle.

ya I went to the Aria spa for the first time this summer. I actually enjoyed it. haha. It was pretty relaxing. But there isnt drink service or large groups. Most I saw was 4 people in the coed pool area.
