Dayclubs for LDW

Hey everyone,

I've got a Vegas trip booked for the upcoming LDW. Although I've done the nightclub seen quite a bit in Vegas, I've never explored the dayclubs at all. I'm thinking of going to Gareth Emery at Tao Beach for the Friday and A&B at MDC on Monday.

I was just kinda wondering what the scene was like for most dayclubs on the strip. Dress code? (Mostly swimwear, I guess? Restrictions here?) How long are the opening sets? Is re-renty easier/harder/the same as nightclubs? What time should I get there?

I'm seeing David Guetta at XS the night before A&B, so I would imagine that waking up early enough will be a real challenge. I find it hard to believe that most of these dayclubs open at 10AM...

lol well we do open the Dayclubs at 10. People dont generally start showing up until 11 though. Swimwear always.

I see you guys have a free show on the 3rd (Above & Beyond with Mat Zo). Is it any different for free shows? What time do you think would be good to show up? Staying at the Cosmo if it matters.

Free shows get extra packed especially on a big holiday. Showup by 11 for easiest entry.

Thanks Noah! Would you recommend getting the front of the line pass? Is their re entry for passes?

its a free event which means no tickets needed, but if you want to you can choose to purchase them. everyone gets stamped for reentry as they enter regardless of ticket purchase.

does anyone know if you get free entry to the day clubs if you are staying at the hotel? i am staying at the palazzo and we would like to hit up tao beach?

Yes your Palazzo key will get you entry for TAO/Tao Beach/Lavo certain day/nights but probably not Saturday/Sunday.
