Pre-sale tickets for Marquee Dayclub and Encore Beach Club - Good Buy?

Myself and 5 other guys will be in Vegas next week and we're looking at getting some pre-sale tickets to some pool parties at Marquee Dayclub and Encore Beach Club (weekend).

Just as I was about to purchase the Marquee Dayclub tickets (from the Marquee website), I read some small print that indicated an "EVEN girl/guy ratio is required or entrance is at the doorman's discretion"???

It's obvious that we're 6 guys going, so is there much of a risk that we won't get in even with pre-sale tickets?!?!

That being said, I didn't find the same "disclaimer" on the Encore Beach Club website for the even ratio required, but do you think there's an implicit rule still applicable once we arrive with tickets???

If you're getting the tix from wantickets.com they're fine print says:
Cosmic Gate at Marquee Dayclub Wet Wonderland. Guests are required to bring a printed copy of the e-mail confirmation, a valid photo I.D., and the credit card with which the ticket was purchased to the Box Office located at the level one door to obtain tickets. The door reserves the right to decline entry of any guest not in proper dress code. Marquee reserves the right to decline entry due to capacity issues. Visibly intoxicated guests will not be admitted to the venue. Marquee is a 21 venue. No minors admitted

I'm going with YellowFever Question is basically (in practice) does it happen that 6 guys may buy presale tix to a pool party, arrive on time, then get denied entry simply because its six guys and not 3 guys/3 girls or 6 guys with 6 girls?

Split into 2-3s. Find other girls in the line that may have gotten pre-sales as well. Even up the ratio.

no...pre-sales is not the same as GA....just get there at a reasonable time before its at capacity...it ain't gonna be capacity before noon.

Don't worry about the ratio thing, they won't reject you with pre-sales as long as you're within dress code.

Went to Encore BC last month. Got there around noon (3 guys) on a Sunday, not busy yet - maybe 6-7 in line. They did stop 1 guy for wearing basketball shorts.

make sure you wear board shorts!! no wife beaters or sport jerseys...also please dont rock high tops...this is a pool party.

Pool attire required. No sneakers, tank tops, jerseys, jeans, regular shorts, etc. Need swim trunks/board shorts, shirt, and open toed sandals/boat shoes/similar.

Noah what are you talking about? No sneakers...tank tops....I've worn fresh white new balance or kswiss every year for each day pool party wth no issues.....I definitely understand and agree with the "no wife beaters" and board shorts thing...but no sneakers? Really?..Lets just hope they don't get that extreme..I hate wearing flip flops cause I'm usually driving to the pool from another hotel and some of the floor surfaces I slip on when wearing flipflops...

tees are allowed but tanks aren't ? I'm talking about colored tanks with design on them (not plain wife beaters). thanks for the heads up though

Also, are "cargo shorts" okay if they aren't technically "board shorts." These are of a khaki type material and have a button and zipper, but are shorts that go to just above the knee.

The shirt requirement probably has to do with walking through the casino, pretty sure that's a no no to walk through the casino shirtless.

you'd be surprised at how many peeps don't get in the water...you're only topless if you're getting wet...and some dudes do keep their shirt on...everybody ain't an exhibitionist like I'm rumored to be
