Best way to hit the very minimum spend with a group at EBC

So we have a 2500 minimum this Saturday at an EBC cabana. What is the best way to order food and drinks without going over the limit. I really don't want to keep track of what everyone buys so we're going to split it between 10 guys, but the bachelor promised the group that the total will be 3400 (2500 + tax + tip). I read that we can give the waitress cash ahead of time but what if the bachelor wants to put his card down. What is the best way to do it? Keep track of what we order or keep on asking what our total is?

I've never had an issue with the served updating me every so often with how much I had to left to spend to meet my minimum. I would make sure that you're on the same page with her from the get go and let her know that you want to be close as possible to your minimum without going over.

+1, All of the servers we had for AOD were very good about letting us know where we were. Also, having one or two people authorize to put in orders makes things much easier to keep track of. Giving the server cash upfront is what I would do, but if some one wants to use their card, give them the cash and make them point.
