You can order whatever you want to meet your minimum (Bottles, drinks, food, etc...).

Bottle service is an option when you get a drink minimum. It just an open ended term so people can order whatever they want as well as bottles.

But to answer question yes you can ask for just 2 bottles per say. However, they will still quote you the price as a "drink minimum".
