Yes on front of the line access. Your cover charge is waived. At most places, the $500 would be your food and beverage minimum.

At Encore European pool a few weeks ago, it was:
500 for the day bed + food and bev costs.
I think "pool parties" are different and the cost quoted is your minimum spend.

daybeds range from 500 - 1000 depending on location and size of your party. most daybeds in town only have a capacity of 6 people. as far as your question daybed pricing does include admission and it does not exactly get you front of line privilege but it does get you in a shorter line.
