Tipping @ a pool party

Hey guys...it will be my 1st pool party on my upcoming trip. We are getting a cabana for 7 of us. Are the tipping guidelines the same as bottle service at the clubs? 20-30% of the server, $20-$40 for the busser, $50 for security, and $75-$100 for every bottle for the host? Do you get your own personal security like you do at the nightclubs?
