Encore Beach Club 5/6

I'll be staying in Vegas with my girlfriend 5/3-5/7 and we would like to go to see Tiesto at the Encore Beach Club on 5/6. Would the best thing be to buy tickets via the website or contact a host?

If we buy tickets ahead of time are we still subject to wait in long lines?
