Disclaimer: In this TR I will try to use everyone’s JC nicknames to make sure that I respect their privacy. Also I would like to warn everybody up front, i was drunk with almost no sleep straight 4 days during this trip, so some of the stories might be different than i remember or missing lot of details.
And I am not the greatest writer so sorry for all the grammar/spelling errors. So don't judge me. Lol
This past NYE was my first encounter with the AOD family. As many of us here I was lurking around the forum for a long time and decided to register myself before the NYE and be a part of this great network. During NYE I got a chance to meet up with several AOD’ers , it is awesome that how this forum can connect so many different people from all over the place, who also shares same party animal mind set. After meeting with many awesome AOD’ers during NYE I had no doubt in my mind that mAyOD was my next trip! So here we go.
ARRIVING- DAY ONE – WEDNESDAY – 5/18
I would like to say this first, since this was the day before the mAyOD so my goal was to take it easy and be ready for the Tao beach next morning; YEAH, RIGHT!!!
Highlights of the day:
- Binge drinking before and on the flight.
- Witnessing cab driver to get in to road rage with dude on the scooter.
- Gallery nightclub in PH.
- Crazy horse III.
- Heated argument at the food place in Mirage
- Waking up in the shower, water still running.
This is the day I been waiting for couple months now, I was pumped up. I am horrible at packing. I always wait until the last minute to pack, luckily I was able to get my shopping done two days ago but all the shit was still not packed. So good part of Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning I spent my time to pack. I had to work half day but believe me that half day felt like a full time + overtime shift, I was so anxious to get on that plane and start my partying. All my co-workers been hating on me at this point due to I was bragging all month that I was going to party my ass off in Vegas. Thank god I was off, went home and pack some last minute stuff. My flight was at 7:30 P.M, my best friend took me to the airport. Since I still had good amount of time until my flight I was ready to start my pre-partying at Albuquerque airport.
I sat down at the airport bar and took 3 shots of Patron and order a giant size beer while watching the NBA playoffs. At this point I got a really good buzz going on. Boarded on the plane, I was in the front row and this young dude sitting next to me. So I guess this dude cousin was the flight attendant, flight from Albuquerque to Vegas is approx. 1 hr 30 mins. Within this time frame I had 4 Heineken’s + 2 little bottles of Jack, dude next to me was Las Vegas local and he was a drinker. Thanks to him and his cousin I didn’t pay anything. At this point with my pre-drinking and all this drinking on the plane I was BUZZING LIKE A BEE!! Landed safely, hopped in the cab and destination was my home base for the whole trip: Mirage.
Made my way to the front desk, got my sandwich ready. After researching online I found out that best standard rooms in Mirage were Tower Deluxe rooms (24th and 25th floors) with pool and south strip views. Very attractive clerk was happy about the sandwich and got me what I want. Best part about these rooms are they got separate elevator access and bigger bathrooms. Finally made to the room, gubuju was staying at the same hotel, he texted me and asked me to let him know when I check-in. At the same time I texted Warren and let him know that I checked in at my hotel, what was up. Our plan was to hit up Gallery in PH that night.
It was like 10:00 P.M. gubuju texted me and said that get ready quickly because someone was about to pick him up and he was going to hit up the town. Now if you know me well you know that I usually spend well amount of time to get ready lol, so I texted him back saying that I will do my best to get ready quickly but please don’t wait for me too long. Even though I broke my own record to get ready fast still it took decent amount of time so I couldn’t meet up with gubuju but I got text from Warren saying that they were at the Halo bar in PH and waiting for girls to hit up Gallery so my destination was PH! I cracked open one of my bottles and prepared myself a pretty strong drink for the road.
Hopped in the cab. Ok, this is one of the craziest moments I ever had on the strip; this cab driver was straight crazy! This dude looked like a straight gangster, he had a Latin Kings tattoo on his neck and he was a huge dude. And I strongly believe that he was high on something but he was funny as hell. So after convincing him that I do not want to go any whore houses/ranches I started to have some normal talk with him, he was from El Salvador, right at this moment this young dude with scooter right in front of us was going like 25, cabbie decides to roll down his window and starts cussing all crazy at this dude, this is his words I can remember; ‘’get the fuck out of strip you fucking puto, I will shove that scooter up in your ass’’ I couldn’t keep myself laughing in the back. Dude on the scooter flipped him off and cussed back at him, at this point my cabbie was PISSED OFF, ready to kill this dude.
And guess what, traffic is backed up right in front of the Bellagio due to red light, we are stuck and dude on the scooter still in front of us, my cabbie still going off on this guy, dude got fed up and got off to scooter and start walking to us, my cabbie unbuckled himself and gets ready to get out. I started to prevent my cabbie to not the get into fight with this dude, but nope it was already on, cabbie gets out, headbutts the dude, he falls down and gets up, sucker punches my cabbie, I was already buzzing so I get out and try to get my cabbie back into the car and separate them, everyone is honking at us, my cabbie decides to pop his trunk and pull out the baseball bat , dude on scooter starts to run back to his scooter my cabbie yells ‘’run puto run’’ thank god green light turns on, cabbie gets back in the car. For some reason Snoop Dogg ‘’Vato’’ song started to play in my mind after my cabbie’s ‘’run puto run’’ line. LOL
After this crazy but entertaining cab ride I made to the PH in one piece and found my way to the Halo bar but Warren wasn’t there, after texting him and not getting response I decided to hit up Gallery and on the way there I chucked my big glass of vodka with splash of sprite I was on the guestlist so went up to the guy w clipboard, and I was on the escalators to club in 2 minutes. Walked around the club and couldn’t find the Warren and the crew so decided to check out the place but let me tell you this, I was really drunk at this point. Finally found the WarreN, Aaron, Darryll , Benny Lava and Nailer + other AOD’ers I cannot really remember right now. They got a bottle setup, so I had few more drinks there and decided to hit up the bar with Warren for some shots. As you can tell by now I am lit!!
Gallery was cool, had a cool vibe, love the tunes without even soaking up the place WarreN said: ‘’let’s go’’, so no questions asked I followed the crew, right at the exit mysticsavage was entering the club but I believe he didn't found a chance to look around he was following us on the escalators. I believe we left Aaron and Benny Lava behind at this point. Lol We got to the taxi/valet line of the PH and I saw this giant party bus labeled ‘’Crazy Horse III’’ and yes we were heading to this party bus.
Got on the bus, this thing was huge and music was bumping in there. Girls show their dancing skills by doing some crazy moves in there. Driver was driving like a madman but we loved it. Made it to Crazy Horse III in one piece, walked in with no cover, I guess Darryll had another bottle setup here. Oh boy, started to make some drinks, now you might want to ask me more about this place or girls but my answer will be: NO FUCKING IDEA, I barely remember anything from this place. There is a huge period I cannot remember from this place, last thing I can remember was, I was on cab with someone (next morning I found out that this someone was mysticsavage) back to strip.
Next moment I can recall is my heated argument at the food place in Mirage, I guess I ordered something and asked them to put green chile on it, now I am not sure if anyone been to New Mexico here but we got the world famous green chile, it is awesome, many people from other state’s doesn’t even know what it is unless if they been to New Mexico. So I was in heated argument with dude who was trying to make me understand that they don’t know what green chile is. Next memory from this night/morning is me waking up in the shower and water was still running. I looked at the clock it was like 7 in the morning.
So much of taking it easy huh? And funny part about this, mAyOD hasn’t started yet!!
