Yeah It was really crazy... I'm not sure if it was better or worse that we were all drunk at the time lol. No idea what he took. If it were molly I would have imagined it would have been more fun. Unless it didnt set in until we got back to the MGM and he just freaked out.

Thanks we definitely did have an awesome time. And yeah I'm surprised we didnt get kicked out too! I dont think anyone saw him doing it because we were standing on top of our booth almost against the wall. And I'm not sure if he donated but I'll have to get on him about it haha

SATURDAY NIGHT

The situation with Jon is over. He's now completely knocked out on the floor and hasnt moved for quite a while. He's still breathing so all is well lol. I remember getting back to my room and trying to sleep but not being able to. Andrew is sober and just watching TV and we're talking about what we both did today and at this point I just say to hell with sleep and start pounding waters. Andrew asked if it was cool if he invited the guys he met up with earlier to our table at 1oak tonight and I tell him yea go for it. I had a table set up with Joey Orr for 3 Bottles but we bump it up to 4.

It's close to 8 from what I remember and the guys want to swing by the Flamingo to meet up with the girls from earlier before we go to 1Oak. So we all start to get showered and dressed and ready to head out. Andrew goes to meet up with the other 4 guys from earlier and me Charlie Evan and Matt grab a cab over to the Flamingo. Once we get inside the Flamingo I realize I havent eaten anything since breakfast and I've been drinking heavily. We end up walking by some pizza place so we all grab a slice before heading up to their room. I remember after getting out of the elevator on their floor thinking this place looks like a hospital. I just felt like everything was white. I dont think I would ever stay there unless I was crashing in a friends room or something. I honestly dont remember why we went up to the room. They were all getting ready to head out and I'm pretty sure they werent coming with us. I think they were heading out to XS for Guetta which I thought sounded like a sick time. I remember we all took a shot in the room and then after like 5 minutes we left without them. What was the point? No idea... So we cab it over to 1Oak which I realize later probably would have been quicker if we just walked. Our cabbie was funny as hell though. He had a some good stories that got a few laughs out of us. Made sure to tip him well even though the ride was short.

So we get inside the Mirage and meet up with Andrew and his 4 friends and then hit up Joey Orr. He was a really cool guy and its too bad he's leaving Vegas. Joey said he got us a dance floor table for the night instead of the original tier 2 so we're all pretty pumped! Andrew takes care of the handshake and we're on our way to the table. I'm not sure what table it was but it was a good size and near one of the ramps to the dance floor. I remember Joey telling me that they just lowered the price of SKYY Vodka to $395 so I'll be able to save some cash. Nice! I'll take it where I can get it as this point. So our server comes over and introduces herself and asks what I'd like to drink. I told her we wanted to do the buy 3 get 1 free of SKYY. She said something I couldnt really hear and then she pointed to this 50 Vodka I've never heard of for $600. I said "No no we want the SKYY for $395". She said something again and pointed at the 50 Vodka. At this point I say okay fuck it we'll take 3 bottles of the 50 and 1 for free and buy a bottle of SKYY. I guess this was acceptable because she left after that. Once again I look at all the guys and we all look dead. We need to get some drinks in us to liven the place up! I remember I downed 4 vodka tonics in about the first 10 minutes and I could finally feel the life start to come back into me lol.

At one point Andrew came up to me with 3 girls and I remember putting my hand out to introduce myself and Andrew goes "Dude they've been out with us the last 3 nights... this girl slept in our room last night!" No recollection of that at all haha my bad. I head to the bathroom and throw the attendant a $20. I'm his best friend the rest of the night. I ask what he has for cologne and he runs in the back, opens something up from a brand new box and says he doesnt leave this out on the counter. Gives me a few sprays and it actually smells really good. No idea what it was though, give him a pat on the back and im on my way. As I'm walking back from the bathroom I look around the club. I can definitely see why this is categorized as a tier 2 club. Especially after hitting Drai's and Marquee the previous nights. And to add on to it I think more than half the tables were unoccupied. The dance floor was full but when you left it just seemed a little dead. I'm sure its different on big weekends or event nights, but not sure if I would go back otherwise.

I head back to my table, have a few more drinks and all of a sudden I look to my left and Jons standing right next to me! He's alive! haha so now everyones standing on the booth dancing like crazy and just making absolute fools of themselves. Andrew grabs some ones somehow and makes it rain because thats what he does. The 4 guys Andrew brought through buy the next 2 bottles so that was cool of them. I really dont remember much after this point in the night... I looked at my phone though and there were about 30 awful, drunk embarrassing pictures and videos of me dancing with random girls that I dont remember taking so that was fun to scroll through lol. We must have stayed there until the club closed because the last thing I remember is sitting in the food court at the MGM talking with the guys Andrew brought through. They said they had a cabana the next day at Wet Republic and wanted us to come by! Nice! Then it was back up to bed, mixed my last pedialyte and water and crashed.

Lucky man! I asked my wife last year if I could go to a bachelor party in Vegas for a friend of mine. No words were spoken, but if looks could kill at that moment! lol But sounds like this trip was a blast. Glad I could live it through your posts. Thanks man.

No offense to anyone, but I never understood why significant others (especially married ones) wouldn't allow their counter parts on trips with their friends, vegas or otherwise - man or woman.

I do understand other commitments/kids/ and financial reasons for not going, but in all honesty if you don't trust em on vacation in vegas or otherwise, you probably shouldn't trust em at home either.

I have a couple friends that are locked down like that. They are all good to go when we start planning a trip months out and keep talking about it until the last minute and then they make up some excuse why they can't go - when we all know their other half is saying no.

SUNDAY

I woke up Sunday morning and I wasnt hung over at all, I was still drunk. This was the start to a very painful day with little motor skills. I felt like walking required more effort and concentration than it should. So as I'm lying awake in bed I look at my phone and notice everyone back home is going crazy because Gronk just scored a touchdown for the Pats. I think to myself oh shit I'm missing the game! NFL kickoff weekend was a big reason why I was so excited to come to Vegas. I wanted to throw $500 on the Patriots because I figured they would kill the Dolphins but thank god I didnt wake up in time haha. Only game I ended up betting on was the Seahawks Thursday night which I hit on. So Andrew and I are laying in our beds watching the game and its probably close to 11 when Charlie and Matt knock on the door. Matt's checking out today and needs to go catch his flight so he throws me cash for last nights table, says his goodbyes and is on his way. Charlie was staying in his room the previous 3 nights and is going to crash on our floor for tonight.

We wanted to watch the game somewhere fun so Andrew, Charlie and I walk over to Jon and Evan's room to check on them and they're both hurting. Jon more so. After yesterdays incident the guy cant even talk lol. They decide theyre going to stay in bed for a little bit longer so the three of us decide to head down and try out TAP sports bar. We get there and of course its packed with a line out the door so thats a no go. We then walk over to the sports book and same thing, not 1 empty seat. At this point I dont care where we watch it I just need to sit down. We walk by Wolfgang pucks bar and grill and it looks empty, not a lot of people there at all. But they do a have a TV in the bar area so we sit there and they throw the Pats game on for us. The bartender comes up to me and asks what I want, I tell him "I need a water, a coffee, and a budlight". The beverage trifecta. I think we all ordered the crispy chicken sandwhich to eat and it was pretty good but I wasnt blown away. The pats sucked so that made the meal a little less enjoyable.

It was a real quiet meal, I think Vegas got the better of the 3 of us over the last few days. After we finish we head up to see Jon and Evan. Theyre both awake and getting ready to head to the pool. I go back to my room, throw on my bathing suit and then the 5 of us head out to Wet Republic. I remember looking out my window and it was real cloudy. Kinda sucked for our last day in Vegas but what are you gonna do? We go to the check in for Wet and tell them we're meeting our buddies at a Cabana and give them all the info. We go through security and then quickly get walked to the cabana and meet up with the 4 guys from last night. Theyre all good dudes and we start to rehash last night with them and crack some jokes. At this point we really werent sure what the deal was, they invited us to the cabana but didnt offer any drinks at first and none of us wanted to just start drinking their booze without being offered. Thought they might have just offered the space for us to chill out. So I talk with Charlie and we decided to go up to the bar and grab 2 buckets of beer. That ended up being the last buckets of beer we bought, the guys told us dont worry about it and they have a $2k minimum and werent going that hard so they didnt think they would be able to hit it. Nice!

I'm not sure how Wet usually is on a Sunday but I felt like it didnt compare at all to Friday. The cloudy weather could have played a factor in this though. When we first got there no one was in the pool but it turns out this was due to lightening - understandable. After a half hour the lifeguards blew the whistle and a few people got in, but it wasnt slammed like friday. I also noticed that most of the cabanas were empty and there were a lot of empty daybeds. There was a good crowd near the DJ booth but besides that it was pretty sparse. After a few drinks we decide to get into the pool and we're just hanging out. A good song comes on and people start to splash so we get in on the action. Its a good time but after a while it dies down so we decide to get out and just go chill. Andrew brought some cigars for everyone so we head up to the cabana, light them up and just relax. Sat on the couch for a while and watched the Cowboys 49ers game. Thought about closing my eyes and falling asleep but decided that was a bad move. It was a good time at the cabana but it wasnt anything crazy. It was more of a relaxing day just hanging out with the guys. Nothing compared to the previous 3 days in the pool. The guys started to get hungry so they ordered a bunch of food. A couple plates of shrimp, ice cream sandwhiches, and the biggest plate of chicken fingers and french fries I've ever seen. All the food was surprisingly good. We were there for a while and I guess they still had a bunch of money they had to drop so they ended up getting a bottle of Grey Goose. The last thing in the world I wanted at the moment was more vodka, but when in Vegas one never turns down free booze. Not sure how long we were there at this point, at least a few hours. Jon comes up to me and asks if I wanted to leave and go gamble. I wasnt really up to gamble at that point so I told him no, but Evan was down so they both left after that. I stayed maybe 30 minutes longer but then decided I had had enough and bounced.

Sunday Night


I went up to my room to try and sleep but I just couldnt do it. I was out of water and pedialyte at this point too which sucked. I just felt like shit. Andrew and Charlie came into the room pretty soon after and we just watched some football. They both passed out soon though. I tried hard to fall asleep but it wasnt happening at this point, oh well. I thought about gambling with Jon and Evan but decided against it. Part of me felt like I was wasting time in Vegas just sitting in bed watching TV but my body thought otherwise. Not sure how long the guys slept but I ended up getting in touch with Jon who was in the other room so I just went and chilled with them for a while. We were trying to figure out what to do for the night. I was pushing for nightswim at XS. I had gone before for Avicii and had a great time. No one else had been so I thought they would enjoy it. Jon was pushing to go back to Drai's but said he was down for whatever. We go back into my room and wake up Andrew and Charlie. I'm not positive what time it is as this point but I know we had to get something set up soon because we wanted a table. The group was split between Drais and XS but we decided on XS, mainly because I was the one setting shit up. I got in touch with Bobby Yeadon, told him what we wanted and he said he'd take care of it. OK all set!. Soon after though Bobby texted me back and said the party got moved inside, so now the other 4 guys all want to head back to Drais. Literally a few minutes after this happens Ivan from Drais sends me a text. This has to be a sign. I tell Ivan we want 6 bottles of vodka and we've got 9 guys coming through (Andrew's friends from the cabana wanted to hit Drai's too). I send a text back to Bobby letting him know that we wont be making it to XS and thanks for the help, he was cool about it, great guy if you dont already know!

I forget what happens at this point haha. I know we didnt do a whole lot. It's later on in the night, Andrew and Charlie head out to meet up with the other guys and Jon, Evan and I head over to the Cromwell. I think we got there at about 10. It's still too early to go into the club but we want to grab some food. We wanted something quick and cheap. I asked one of the guys working there if there was anywhere we could grab some quick food. He said not in the Cromwell, but we could walk to the casino next door and they have a bunch of options. There was a bar in the lobby and I said how about that place? He said they only serve small plates and apps, Ok great works for us. So we walk over there and we grab 3 chairs at the bar. It was pretty quiet I think there were only 2 other guys there. Now at this point I think the alcohol withdrawals are starting to set in. I havent drank since the cabana hours earlier and same goes for Jon and Evan. Jon's voice is still fucked up and hes hungover as shit, and Evan i think is withdrawing worse than I am. His hands are shaky and he's just all sorts of fucked up lol. I'm in better shape than Evan, but barely. Now usually I'm pretty talkative, we all are, but right now I just want to sit at the bar and order some food. The bartender comes over and introduces herself, gives us some menus, and asks what we want to drink. We all got a water and I ordered a Stella. I needed a beer bad. The other two say they cant even look at alcohol. The menu was pretty limited, we all ended up getting sliders. I didnt have much appetite but forced them down. I tried giving one to jon but he didnt take it, Evan could only manage eating 1 of them lol. So back to not wanting to talk... Our bartender, who was a fantastic bartender and I would go back to 99 out of 100 times, was the most talkative bartender I've ever had. I think she was playing 20 questions with us. She was a super cool chick and was very attractive. I wish I could remember her name. But anyways, she gave us her life story and at one point asked what was wrong with all of us because we looked dead lol. With the state that Jon and Evan were in it fell to me to respond and carry the conversation. It wasnt easy going lol. Eventually its 11:00 and we clear our tab, for 3 orders of sliders and 1 beer the bill was $80, I remember thinking it was a little steep. I gave her a $100 bill and we moved on.

We walked up to the line at Drais and i told the first guy I saw I was looking for Ivan. I still feel like shit at this point and I can barely talk. He pointed to this guy and was like "yeah thats him there". Now I only saw him for about 5 minutes on Thursday night and I was pretty sure that wasnt him but I wasnt sure. So I go up to him like an idiot and say "Hey Ivan!". Dude looks at me like an idiot and says "Thats not my name." Whoops! lol so I text him and hes down in like 2 minutes to let us in. Ivan takes us into the elevator and he's just shooting the shit and I remember feeling bad because none of us could even carry a conversation at this point lol. I'm just so physically exhausted and in need of large amounts of alcohol in order to function. We get out of the elevator and go down to our table. Ivan set us up with a dance floor table. It was an awesome spot! I give him his handshake and the server comes over and asks for mixers. Once again I feel like an idiot because I can barely talk. I stumble through our order of mixers and then go and tip the security and busser. Minutes later our mixers are there and our server gets us set up with the first round. I must have downed it in less than a minute. Next one tastes a bit stronger, same with the 3rd and 4th lol. I remember thinking she must be putting more and more booze into these because they're tasting stronger when they should be tasting weaker. I was on my 4th drink when Charlie Andrew and the other 4 guys roll in. We say whats up and everyone gets their drinks going.

It's a good feeling having a dance floor table. We're all partying right there next to the dance floor, separated by a velvet rope. A couple groups of girls kept asking up if they could come to our table, but it was early in the night so we told them not yet... think the guys got a power trip out of telling the girls no haha. We all get up on the back of our booth and start dancing and just making fools of ourselves as always lol. It's the last night in Vegas so we want to have a great time. At this point I'm on my 5th drink and I'm feeling good. I feel like I'm back in the game! lol This is where I stopped counting, and also where my memory gets a bit hazy haha. Andrew gets some more $1's and throws them up in the air, the lazers are going off, the music is on point, I think to myself man theres no way I can ever come back to Vegas and not do it this big again. Some time passes on and we invite a few groups of girls to our table. I then text Ivan to come by our table for a drink, he comes by soon after to make sure we're all having a great time and grabs a drink. I remember he hung out with us for a while, like I said before, great guy! We keep pounding drinks, Andrew keeps throwing money in the air, now Jon's throwing money in the air, and I have no idea what fucking time it is. Next thing I know Ivan brings over a whole bunch of shots, so we all take shots! lol Then more shots after that! I ask Ivan if we can get a picture of our group outside in the dayclub with the strip in the back, he says no problem! we go out and get a few sick pictures with the strip in the back and then the inside of the club in the background. We head back into the club and the place is really going crazy at this point. Confetti's flying everywhere, people are dancing all around our table, it's just an unbelievable time! I usually dont get like this but I'm blackout drunk at this point. The guys told me I was making out with some chick at our table but I'm going to deny that that ever happened... lol. I remember Andrew asking the server for a bottle of champagne because he wanted to shake it up and spray it, she said she can get us champagne but it cant be sprayed... he decided to not get it lol. Instead he just throws more money into the air. He told me after the trip he ended up spending $1200 making it rain in clubs over the 4 nights we were there lol but he was up $1900 from gambling so he didnt care. Then next thing I know... I'm sitting at a bar with Jon and 2 girls. No fucking clue where we are, how we got there, or what the fuck just happened. Jons spitting his best game. I cant even function at this point, no idea who this chick is im talking to next to me. It's obvious Jon and his fucked up voice is getting no where with this girl, so I decide we need to bail. We walk outside to the cab line and the suns up. What the fuck happened!? I look at my watch and its almost 7 in the morning... this is bad lol. We get a cab back to the MGM and I fall asleep a little after 7.
