Yeah im a little worried about the safe now myself as i will be staying at the Cosmo in October. Did the do anything to help you guys out?

We got robbed the day after we rang room service to complain that safe was not locking. They sent up facilities then they sent up security. They ended up fixing the safe however th next morning the money was gone. We rang hotel and all they did is take a report and say they will investigate. When we spoke to others about it they said it was common in Cosmo so please be careful

Any other hotels this happens at? You'd think Cosmo would be nice enough not to worry about that stuff
