I'd look into Sage (Aria) if STK doesn't work out. The vegan choices are limited, but that's going to be the case with most places on the strip. The main dining room can be a little stuffy, but if you can set up a reservation for the lounge area then it will be a bit more lively.

We decided on Mon Ami Gabi for dinner the first night. The second night I think I'm taking him to STK without the other ladies. The limo surprise is tonight, totally decided that he should get in and see everyone.Comment
